From produce to pour.

  1. Wash & prepare

Rinse the produce, peel the lemon, core the apples, and cut everything to fit your juicer.

  2. Juice it fresh

Feed the produce through your juicer, alternating leafy herbs and greens with the firmer ingredients. Keep the water aside.

  3. Dilute & stir

Stir water into the pressed juice. PuraDyme lists 3 cups for its batch and recommends diluting the finished juice.

  4. Pour your morning glass

Enjoy freshly made. For a 32 fl oz glass (about 950 mL), measure a portion of the finished batch. Yield varies with produce and juicer.

02 / THE ROOTS

It started
with Lou.

A personal transformation.
A morning ritual shared with the world.

Lou Corona traces his journey to a health crisis at age 21. He credits a shift toward raw, living foods and changes in his daily habits with transforming his health.

After more than five decades devoted to that lifestyle, the PuraDyme founder is known for sharing what he practices—including his signature Lemon Ginger Blast and the 32 oz glass he enjoys in the morning.

His approach reaches beyond the glass. Lou teaches four principles: communication, environment, exercise, and nutrition.

03 / THE CREAMY VARIATION

Meet
Gorilla Milk.

Green juice meets almond-coconut milk. Lou’s other signature drink is creamy, plant-based, and easy to make your own.

Lou’s complete Gorilla Milk recipe
½GREEN JUICE
½ALMOND-COCONUT MILK

Blend equal parts. Sip.

For a 32 fl oz glass, blend 16 fl oz green juice with 16 fl oz almond-coconut milk.

Make Lou’s almond-coconut milk

Blend 1 cup almonds (soaked for 24 hours) with 3 cups coconut water. Strain through a nut-milk bag. Blend the strained milk with 1 cup young coconut meat, a dash each of salt and cinnamon, and 2 heaping tablespoons Liyf Essentials.

For Lou’s published green juice, juice one bunch each of kale, parsley, cilantro, and celery, plus one cucumber and one apple.

Using your Lemon Ginger Blast? Blend it with the milk for a variation on Lou’s recipe. The published Gorilla Milk uses the milder green juice above.

Contains almonds and coconut.
